Weight 204. Down a pound. Things are good.
Exercise was not so great. I really only worked out 3 days this week. But life is still happening and at least I fit that in.
Water was good...
Reading was excellent as usual...I am now reading the 21 Day Transformation (Mark Sisson) and various cookbooks for the paleo lifestyle.
I have almost completely converted to primal. No dairy, no artificial sweeteners. I drove 300 miles round trip to buy grass fed beef (and it was still cheaper than at Wild Oats). Organic chicken and wild caught fish. Organic veggies, and organic fruit for the rest of the family.
Everything is good, and I have been very busy....so support has been minimal from me. Maybe this week it will all let up.
Hope everyone is doing great!

You are doing awesome. Enjoy all your goodness. Keep up the great work. Take care and God Bless!!
I'm Primarian, rather than Primal, hah, cause I won't give up sucralose or dairy. BUT , I gave up milk and gluten/all grains but rice, and for a Cuban, rarely have beans (I used to eat them every day, sometimes twice a day!). It's not easy, but it's a very healthful way to eat. Mark is very motivational. His blog is terrific!!! As is his book. It makes you want to eat clean and more ancestrally minded and move like you're playing and not overdoing it. He's interesting.
I hope Primal does amazing things for you, like it has for so many others. Have fun with it.
And congrats on a loss and for committing to this way of healthy eating.
Good week to us all!
Great loss! Glad you are doing good and hope you have another great week!

Great job this week. I hope you have god luck with your new eating plan.
You did great this week. And you're right - life does happen whether we're with it or not.
I love changing plans. It's always refreshing to get to eat different foods. Keep us posted on yours.
Yay loss! I can't get myself to focus on all the grass fed and organic stuff... I'm just focusing on what I can eat that I can get to easily and still lose... LOL! It's hard work so I can't make it harder for myself... KUDOS to those of you that go that extra mile!!
